Mark Swift, a local (Sudbury) architect is doing the Prudential Ride London to raise funds for The befriending Scheme on Sunday 4th August. Mark, 65, is a keen cyclist and has been stepping up his training ready for the 100-mile ride in London. This famous ride was on Mark's "bucket list "so was delighted to have been awarded a place courtesy of The befriending scheme.
